Returns and complaints

  • 1. Refund request

    In case of a complaint or return of goods for any reason, log in to your customer account and click on the "Request a return" option. Fill in the required fields and you will be informed of the next steps by email.

  • 2. Packaging

    After our email communication, carefully pack the goods. In case of a complaint approved by us, wait for the Packeta label , which we will send you and which you will stick on the packaged goods. In case of a complaint, we pay the postage, in case of a return of the goods, the customer pays.

  • 3. Where to send the package

    1.Complaint:

    Print out a Packeta label from us, stick it on the package and bring it to any Zásielkovne/Packeta delivery point. NOT Z-BOX.

Complaints

Please check the order upon receipt and if the goods are defective or damaged,
or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can
assess and correct the problem. To start the claim process, log in to your customer account and click on "Request a refund". Fill in the required fields and you will be informed of the next steps by email.

If we approve your return request, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Goods sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Based on your decision, we will either refund the goods, i.e., return the money to your account, or send you new goods.

14-day withdrawal period for online sales in the European Union (Return of goods without giving a reason)

If the goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. This applies to our regular size chart goods, goods with free alterations service and items made from scraps. However,
that your goods must be in the same condition as you received them, so they must be
unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging.
You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Based on your decision, we will either refund the goods, i.e. return the money to your account, or offer you other alternatives if the goods do not fit you:

  • adjustment of dimensions based on additional communication
  • exchange of goods for a different size

To begin the return/edit process, log in to your customer account and click on "Request a Return". Fill in the required fields and you will be notified by email of the next steps. The buyer pays for the return postage, except for the claim.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some types of goods cannot be returned, and therefore , if they are original pieces
either tailor-made and/or specific selection of fabrics, in this case it is not possible
return the goods or money.
In this case we offer:

  • adjustment of dimensions based on additional communication

Even in this case, the buyer pays the postage.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will let you know and
We will also let you know if we have approved your refund, if you have requested one. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your account within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and send the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved,
